All Comics will be shipped 9.2 NM or higher. Small manufacturer defects do not count towards grade. A defect that was caused by an error in the printing process, such as paper wrinkling, miscut edges, misfolded spine, untrimmed pages (Siamese pages), off-center trimming or inks, and misfolded and misbound pages is not considered damage toward our 9.2 NM minimum ship grade.
All comics are shipped bagged, boarded, wrapped in bubble wrap in Gemini Mailers. Orders shipped priority will be bagged, boarded, wrapped in bubble, bundled in a gemini mailer, rewrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside another box full of packing peanuts. All Items will be fully insured to their purchase value.
Shipping dates are estimates and can be pushed by the publisher. Orders may be adjusted due to lateness.
Can I cancel or get a refund on my order?
All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable for any reason. All pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours but will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee. After 48 hours pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. If for any reason, State of Comics, LLC allows a cancellation after 48 hours or a cancellation/refund on any in stock items there will be a 25% restocking fee. If items are returned due to undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and State of Comics will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all items. Effective 9/1/2018 - State of Comics will now allow cancellations free of charge for in store credit only.

We have standard flat rate shipping based on each customers zone.
How long does my order take to ship?
All items ship within 5-8 business days.
How long does my order take once it's shipped?
We typically ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx SmartPost. Orders can typically take up to 10 business days to arrive.
I received my order damaged, can I get a refund?
All items damaged in shipment to us are sent back to the distributor. As with any mass production there will be slight flaws, creases in boxes or slight corner damage. State of Comics is not reponsible for damages during transit. Any and all transit damage claims should be made with USPS and not Stateofcomics.com. We do work with customers and are more than willing to file claims as well as help make things right. The easiest solution is to aways ship priority for insurance protection.
