Founded in 2017 by Ryan Hetkowski, State of Comics started with a deep love for pop culture and a growing collection of Funko Pops stored in a humble warehouse. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was real — built from passion, late nights, and the belief that fandom could be the foundation for something greater. From those early days surrounded by vinyl figures and shipping boxes, we’ve grown into a vibrant destination for collectors, readers, gamers, and dreamers.

We’ve built more than shelves — we’ve built trust. Every product we carry, every event we host, and every conversation we have is rooted in the idea that fandom is personal.
