DOMESTIC ORDERS

State of Comics ships throughout the United States.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, sales events, holidays, severe weather, inventory audits, staffing shortages, distributor delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-order items, comic book subscriptions, and new release products will ship when inventory is received and processed. Release dates are provided by publishers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified at checkout.

State of Comics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, or other events outside of our control.

Problems relating to payment authorization, fraud prevention reviews, billing information, shipping information, or account verification may delay shipment.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers will be presented with available shipping options during checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package size, package weight, and carrier pricing.

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country or local government.

State of Comics does not collect, control, or pay these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

International shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, border processing, local postal services, government agencies, or international carriers are outside the control of State of Comics.

State of Comics is not responsible for packages refused by customs, returned by customs, abandoned by the customer, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import restrictions or unpaid duties and taxes.
