When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order ship dates will vary based on the release date and the vendor shipping the item to us. Please check product description for estimated arrival times. Orders with multiple items will only be fulfilled once all items arrive at State of Comics. Pre-order products individually to make sure your order is not held up by other pre-ordered products.
Can I cancel or get a refund on my order?
All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable for any reason. All pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours but will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee. After 48 hours pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. If for any reason, State of Comics, LLC allows a cancellation after 48 hours or a cancellation/refund on any in stock items there will be a 25% restocking fee. If items are returned due to undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and State of Comics will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all items. Effective 9/1/2018 - State of Comics will now allow cancellations free of charge for in store credit only.
How do you calculate shipping?
We have standard flat rate shipping based on each customers zone.
How long does my order take to ship?
All items ship within 5-8 business days.
How long does my order take once it's shipped?
We typically ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx SmartPost. Orders can typically take up to 8 business days to arrive.
How do you package your items?
Item shipping varies based on product. Our POP! Vinyls are bubble wrapped and surrounded by packing peanuts or packing paper. They are then put into a box and shipped with care
I received my order damaged, can I get a refund?
Anything is possible. All items damaged in shipment to us are sent back to the distributor. As with any mass production there will be slight flaws, creases in boxes or slight corner damage. State of Comics is not reponsible for damages during transit. Any and all transit damage claims should be made with USPS and not Stateofcomics.com. We do work with customers and are more than willing to file claims as well as help make things right. The easiest solution is to aways ship priority for insurance protection.
