Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in finding the products they want, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain deep knowledge of products, including comics, collectibles, trading cards, and merchandise
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, store recovery, inventory management, and product displays
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Help manage pre-orders, subscriptions, and promotions
• Monitor store security to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Attend and support in-store events and promotions as needed
• E-commerce experience is a bonus and may include assisting with online order processing, customer service, and website updates

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of retail or sales experience
• Minimum 2+ years of merchandising
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Open availability including weekends and evening shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for comics, collectibles, or related hobbies a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system
