If Collectibles are submitted for tiers services for which they do not qualify, I authorize State of Comics to correct the order and charge any additional grading, handling and shipping fees that may apply. if State of Comics determines that collectibles are undervalued, I authorize State of Comics to adjust the grading fees according to its determination of the current Fair Market Value. Incomplete forms and improperly packaged collectibles will not be accepted.
