Players will have 50 minutes to build a 40-card deck from a Prerelease Kit containing six Play Booster packs.

Players who receive prerelease product and choose not to participate in the event without prior approval from tournament staff will forfeit eligibility for future prerelease events and may be banned from participating in organized play at State of Comics and purchasing product.
